Most Mortal+ characters fall under a sphere. To play a Ghoul, speak to your Vampire wiz, for a Kinfolk, your Shifter wiz, for a Sorcerer the Mage wiz and a for a .. the Changeling wiz. All other Mortal + concepts that do not fall under a sphere wiz will be decided on by the Mortal wizard.
